Technical expertise.
Built on experience.

This Is Us
Precise in every detail.
Reliable as a whole.
We are an owner-managed technology company based in Dresden. Our craftsmanship takes place where traditional notions of craftsmanship no longer apply: in the cleanroom. In the highly sensitive production environments of the semiconductor industry, we install ceiling-mounted transport systems under conditions where precision isn’t just a matter of care—it’s a prerequisite. This is the standard by which we measure ourselves every day.
What sets us apart is precisely this tension: craftsmanship in a high-tech environment. Our responsibility begins where theory meets practice, and where components, system groups, and software units come together to form fully automated transport systems. Here, excellence in craftsmanship determines functionality and reliability in daily production operations.
We reliably handle installation, commissioning, and service.
Short distances.
A clear stance.
As a medium-sized company, we know our employees. Our owners manage the company with technical expertise and personal commitment, staying closely involved with projects and the team. Decisions aren’t made from a distance. This shapes the way we work together.
Those who work with us contribute their ideas, speak directly, and are heard. Your attitude matters more than your title. Clear structures provide guidance without stifling initiative through rigid hierarchies. We treat each other as equals: Those who want to take on responsibility are given the opportunity to do so. Those who think proactively make a difference.
Small and medium-sized businesses.
Right in the middle.
We see ourselves as a reliable partner in a challenging environment and stand for security, opportunities, and long-term collaboration—both with our partners and with our team. At the same time, we are constantly evolving in line with the technical, economic, and social demands of our industry. Our goal is not merely to keep pace, but to help shape standards through the way we work.
As a medium-sized company, our responsibility extends beyond our own business. We create long-term employment, strengthen economic stability, and, through our interactions with employees and partners, help shape the social identity of our region.
Skills
A Portfolio with Character.
We don’t view our services as a single step, but rather as ongoing support. From installation and commissioning to ongoing maintenance, we’re there for our partners—not just on a project-by-project basis, but for the long term.
Our customers operate in environments where downtime is not an option. Technical precision, streamlined processes, and reliable execution are key to the system’s success. We lay the groundwork for this and are quick to respond whenever support or repairs are needed.
In a cleanroom, installation means more than just assembly. Complex systems are precisely installed under controlled conditions and integrated into existing production environments. This process begins long before the first screw is tightened.
When needed, we support our partners both in planning new projects and in expanding existing structures. This includes personnel and material planning, logistics coordination, and the acceptance and inspection of system components directly on-site. Those who are well-prepared assemble cleanly. And those who assemble cleanly lay the groundwork for operations that run reliably over the long term.
In the cleanroom, commissioning is the step between completion of installation and safe operation. Installed systems are systematically tested, adjusted, and calibrated to ensure they start up safely under the required conditions.
This applies to mechanical components and hardware just as much as it does to software, control systems, and digital interfaces. In complex systems, many components must work together seamlessly. Functions, states, and parameters are checked, documented, and readjusted as needed. This transforms an assembled system into one that operates reliably.
Once operations are underway, the next phase of technical responsibility begins. Systems continue to be monitored, their functionality is ensured, and any deviations are quickly resolved.
This includes maintenance and upkeep, as well as troubleshooting and repairs. It applies to mechanical and electrical components as well as the control and regulation of system-critical interfaces. Malfunctions are detected early, and downtime is kept to a minimum. The goal is stable operation that remains reliable over the long term.
Attitude & Standards
What matters is
what we make of it.
The foundation of our company is not reflected in individual statements, but in the way we work every day and take responsibility. We build trust not through promises, but through transparent decisions and consistent action:
For us, quality and safety go hand in hand. Both influence every decision we make. Our commitment does not end with simply meeting requirements. We aim to establish standards that function reliably even under complex technical and organizational conditions.
To this end, we do not simply adopt current guidelines from occupational safety regulations, professional associations, and customer-specific requirements as a formal basis. We scrutinize them closely, adapt them to our practical operations, and use them to develop clear rules and robust processes for our work.
On this basis, we set the highest standards, exceed the required quality, and at the same time create the conditions necessary to protect people, equipment, and work environments as effectively as possible. For us, safety is therefore not an afterthought, but an integral part of the entire execution process. This is precisely where our understanding of responsibility is put into practice.
We engage in an open and equal dialogue and take on the responsibility of serving as an interface. In this way, we create clarity and mutual understanding and build partnerships characterized by trust and transparency.
In practice, this means short decision-making chains, a clear overview of the entire project, and a willingness to identify problems early and solve them together. In this way, we work hand in hand with all stakeholders to successfully implement projects within the set timeframe and to a high standard of quality.
What makes us successful is not only our professional expertise, but above all the way we work together. Our employees, external experts, and partners bring diverse experiences, perspectives, and skills to the table. What matters most is that this does not result in a mere coexistence, but rather in a reliable collaboration grounded in respect, clarity, and a shared understanding of responsibility.
It is precisely this synergy that lays the foundation for mastering complex challenges and reliably leading projects to success. It is especially in demanding situations that the importance of a shared understanding of quality, collaboration, and responsibility becomes apparent.
