FAQ
Work Hours & Work Location
We work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No shift work, no weekend work.
For projects and construction sites, work hours are determined by the specific project. The workday usually begins between 6:30 and 7:00 a.m. and ends around 3:15 p.m. For cleanroom work, 30 minutes for changing clothes is already paid and included in the workday.
For office positions, part-time arrangements are possible by agreement. Remote work is permitted one day per week, provided that work responsibilities allow it.
That depends on your job. People who work on construction sites or in cleanrooms are on-site. In administrative roles, remote work is sometimes possible, but the focus here is also on the workplace.
Our projects are primarily located in the Dresden area. Depending on the position and project, assignments at other locations in Germany or elsewhere in Europe may also be possible.
Salary & Benefits
We have a clearly defined salary structure, and your salary will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, and the proposed area of responsibility. In addition, we offer a company retirement plan, supplemental health insurance, a subsidy for disability insurance, a personal annual bonus, and the potential for profit sharing.
It’s important to us that you feel comfortable here and that your job fits into your life. A friendly work environment and spending time with your coworkers strengthen our sense of community. With a daycare subsidy and a company bike, we support you even beyond your daily work routine.
Applications & Careers
After you submit your application, our recruiting team will review your materials. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll schedule an initial meeting via Microsoft Teams. After that, we’ll invite you to an in-person interview with the department on-site. If it’s a good fit for both sides, you’ll receive a job offer. If not, you’ll get honest feedback after the interview.
We review every application promptly. We usually get back to you within five to ten days with information about the next steps.
Yes. Motivation, a willingness to learn, and the right basic aptitude matter more to us than a perfect match with the job requirements. We review each resume individually.
Professional expertise is a good foundation. Just as important are reliability, a sense of responsibility, the ability to work well with others, and a meticulous approach to work.
Onboarding & Probationary Period
You’ll spend your first few days in the office getting to know your coworkers. During this time, we’ll familiarize you with our processes and the most important organizational matters. Typically, the occupational health exam and first-aid training also take place during the first week.
After that, your structured onboarding begins directly at your work site. There, we’ll introduce you to workplace safety and the relevant processes. Designated mentors from your team will support you and provide you with regular, direct feedback on your day-to-day work, especially during your first few months. This allows you to settle in at your own pace, get off to a confident start, and learn step by step.
Yes, the probationary period is typically six months. During this time, close supervision is a priority, and the period concludes with a probationary review meeting.
We provide all work and safety equipment.
Cleanroom
That depends on your medical fitness. This is determined during an occupational health examination, which takes place during working hours. Previous experience in a cleanroom is a plus, but not a requirement.
Strict hygiene and safety regulations apply in the cleanroom. You wear protective clothing and work with precision, cleanliness, and organization. Rapid movements are not permitted. The environment is warm and dry, with a temperature of 21 degrees; lighting is provided exclusively by artificial light.
Team & Culture
This varies depending on the project and the resulting requirements. However, regardless of the team's composition and size, you'll have designated points of contact.
Quick decision-making, direct communication, and treating one another with respect. These aren’t just promises on glossy paper—they’re the way we work together every day.
Yes. Regular events and group activities are part of it. Not because they’re mandatory, but because they foster a sense of togetherness in everyday life.
