That’s exactly what we want to offer. At the same time, we value respectful interactions, clear communication, and a team that sticks together. Those who work with us will find a down-to-earth environment with opportunities for growth.
You work in a stable industry where skilled workers are needed for the long term.
No shift work, no constant changes—just a daily routine you can count on.
Leisure, family, and relaxation are an integral part of our lives.
We work with precision and high standards, while always treating others as equals.
Through internal and external training, you can develop your professional skills and take on new responsibilities.

Preschool Subsidy
Family is precious and deserves support. We know that you can only do your job well if you can balance your work and personal life. With our subsidy for daycare costs, we help ease your financial burden and support you in your daily family life.
We take research papers seriously. That means: real-world topics, personalized guidance, and a clear connection to what we do every day. Accordingly, research paper topics
related to cleanroom technology or transportation systems are a particularly good fit. Other topics are welcome as long as they offer clear added value for our company.
We review every inquiry based on its technical and thematic relevance, as well as our capacity to provide guidance; the timeline for your project must also be compatible with our project calendar.
Not every inquiry leads to an acceptance, but every inquiry is read. If you believe your topic is a good fit for us, we look forward to hearing from you.
We are open to mandatory internships—for example, as part of retraining programs—if the professional training aligns with our needs. Before we accept an applicant, we review each case individually to determine whether we can provide meaningful guidance throughout the entire internship period. This is a clear requirement for us, because an internship should give you real insights and provide you with professional development. If there are no longer any suitable tasks available after a short time, that doesn’t help anyone. If you’re interested, please contact us well in advance so we can plan better.
We’re happy to help young people gain their first insights into the world of technology and gain some initial hands-on experience. A student internship offers the opportunity to get to know our day-to-day work, gain initial impressions of the technical environment, and discover just how diverse the work at our company is. Currently, however, we only offer student internships to the children of our employees. This will change in the future, and we’ll let you know in advance.
A Career Change. A New Path with Clear Opportunities.
Are you looking for a role that combines technology, hands-on experience, and career prospects? Then you’ve come to the right place. We welcome applications from people looking to make a career change, and we review each resume individually.
What you should bring to the table:
- Vocational training with a technical, mechanical, or skilled-trade background
- Experience in a cleanroom is a plus, but not required
- A driver’s license
- German language skills, ideally at the C1 level (at least B2 level)
If your profile doesn’t quite match our requirements, that doesn’t mean the door is closed to you. A career change can be the start of something new. What matters most is your interest, your motivation, and your willingness to learn.
If you have a background in a different field but have technical experience and are looking to make the switch, you’ve come to the right place. Retraining might be the right path for you. Afterward, you can get to know us through an internship and gain some initial hands-on experience.
Yes. Please send us your application directly anyway. We carefully review every profile and then decide which path makes the most sense. If you don’t yet meet all the requirements for direct hire, joining through our partners can be a good option. This gives you more time to prove yourself in a real-world setting, continue developing your skills, and convince us of your abilities.
No. Experience in a cleanroom is helpful, but not required.
Trade Show Dates
Get to know us.
Firsthand.
Texts give you a first impression, but you can only really get to know us in person. If you want to learn more about Insecotec, come meet us at one of our upcoming trade shows in Dresden. Stop by, ask your questions, and find out through conversation how we work, what matters to us, and who we are as a team. That way, you’ll quickly see if we’re a good fit. The only thing that matters is that you come with a genuine interest—we’ll sort out the rest in person.
Our "we" begins here
Application Process
A new job is a big decision. We take it just as seriously as you do. That’s why our application process is clear, fair, and free of unnecessary hurdles.
Resume, diplomas and certificates, earliest start date, and desired salary. A cover letter isn't required, but if you'd like to tell us a little about yourself, we'd love to hear from you.
We take the time to actually read your application. We do, not a program.
If you meet the requirements, we'll contact you directly.
We want to know who you are, not just what you can do. That's why we don't conduct a formal interview—we have a conversation with you.
You'll get a sense of who we are and what we're all about. And we look forward to welcoming you in person.
If it works for both sides, we'll make you a concrete and fair offer. If it doesn't work out? We'll give you honest feedback and a clear rejection. No silence, no stringing you along.
Then we're ready to go.
