Precision in craftsmanship. Technology for tomorrow. That’s what Insecotec does.

Working in a Cleanroom

It's all about the start.
The routine will follow.

The cleanroom is an unusual workplace, but not an unreasonable one. Most of our colleagues had never been in a cleanroom before and were understandably apprehensive. But that changes quickly—once you get used to the procedures, you develop your own routines and a clear understanding of them. After just a few weeks, everything feels familiar: the airlock, the protective clothing, and the quiet that this place demands. What really counts is a practical understanding of the work, attention to detail, and a willingness to adapt to a new work environment. We’ll take care of the rest!

  • What is a cleanroom?

A cleanroom is a technically controlled work area in which dust and other airborne contaminants are reduced to a minimum. To achieve this, air quality, temperature, humidity, and air pressure are continuously monitored and controlled. The goal is clear: the environment must be clean enough to ensure that sensitive components can be reliably processed and assembled.

  • Barely visible, but crucial.

A simple comparison illustrates just how great the difference is compared to a normal environment. In a typical living room, there are up to 35 million particles per cubic meter of air. In an ISO Class 5 cleanroom, such as those used in semiconductor manufacturing, the maximum is 3,520. That is roughly one ten-thousandth of the number found in normal room air.

  • Tiny particles. Big impact.

It’s easy to see why this is so important. Microchips and other semiconductor components are extremely sensitive. A single speck of dust—one that’s barely visible—is enough to render a component unusable. That’s exactly why special conditions apply in a cleanroom.

What You Can Expect from Us

Craftsmanship for High Tech.

At Insecotec, we don’t focus on cleanroom work in general, but rather on the implementation of fully automated, ceiling-mounted transport systems in semiconductor manufacturing. We bring OHT systems to life. If you have manual dexterity, technical understanding, and a passion for precision work, you’ll find a diverse range of opportunities in the cleanroom with us.

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

Versatility is our strength. We do more than just assembly.

At Insecotec, there is room for people at various levels of experience in every job category. Whether someone is just starting their first job or has been leading projects for years, every role has its place. Anyone who demonstrates dedication, has technical expertise, and takes on responsibility will find the opportunity here to grow and continue on their own path.
