We are looking for you to join us as a Commissioning Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation at our Dresden location.
Your Responsibilities
- Commissioning of transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
- Mechanical, electrical, and software testing of system components under cleanroom conditions
- Identifying and resolving errors, and contributing to problem-solving
- Conducting functional tests on the equipment
- Documenting work steps and system tests, as well as preparing handover reports
- Active communication and close collaboration with customers
- Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees
Your Profile
- Completed, recognized vocational training in an electrical engineering, communications technology, or IT-related field, or a technical degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, or IT
- Professional experience in the commissioning of electromechanical components and systems
- Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivational manner
- Very good MS Office and IT skills
- Proficiency in German and English
- Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused work style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- A structured and meticulous approach to work
- Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred
- A driver’s license is required
