We are looking for you to join us as an Electrical Engineering Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation at our Dresden location.
Your Responsibilities
- Setting up transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
- Electrical and mechanical assembly of subassemblies and system components according to drawings under cleanroom conditions
- Conducting initial inspections, commissioning, and functional tests of the systems through to customer acceptance
- Documenting work steps and system tests, as well as preparing handover reports
- Active communication and close collaboration with customers
- Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees
- Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations as the designated electrical safety officer for the team
- Active involvement in defining, implementing, and executing workflows in projects

Your Profile
- Completed, recognized vocational training in an electrical engineering field, or as an industrial foreman or technician specializing in mechatronics or electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the installation of electrical components and systems
- Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
- Proficiency in MS Office
- German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Structured and meticulous work style
- Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred
- A driver’s license is required
