Team Leader, Work Planning / Assembly (m/f/d): InSeCoTec GmbH

Logistics and assembly planning, as well as defining workflows in the cleanroom
Planning and managing the assembly process, including coordination with internal stakeholders, e.g., project management
Supplying assembly stations with the necessary components and assemblies
Coordinating and executing material calls based on demand
Actively contributing to the definition and implementation of workflows in projects, as well as their optimization
Contributing to the development of the transport system for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
Mechanical assembly of subassemblies and system components according to drawings under cleanroom conditions
Documenting work steps and preparing handover reports
Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees

Completed vocational training or certification as a master craftsman or technician
Experience in the field of work planning and warehouse logistics
Knowledge of the assembly and installation of mechanical and/or electrical components and systems
Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in German and English
Team-oriented, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
Strong communication skills and the ability to serve as a role model
A structured and meticulous approach to work
A driver’s license is required
Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred
