We're looking for you to join us as a Mechanical Team Leader (m/f/d) in the field of automatic transport system installation in Dresden!
Your Responsibilities
- Setup and commissioning of transport systems for manufacturing automation in the semiconductor industry
- Mechanical assembly of subassemblies and system components according to drawings under cleanroom conditions
- Documenting the work steps performed
- Active communication and close collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g., project management
- Active involvement in the definition, implementation, and execution of workflows
- Providing technical leadership to a team and training new employees
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, plant engineer, construction mechanic, automotive mechatronics technician, or comparable; alternatively, qualified advanced training, e.g., master craftsman, technician
- Professional experience in the installation of mechanical plant components
- Ability to lead and develop a small team in a cooperative and motivating manner
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in German and English
- Team-oriented, solution-oriented, service-oriented, and customer-focused approach to work
- Strong communication skills and ability to serve as a role model
- Structured and precise work style
- Willingness to travel within Europe on occasion—preferred
- A driver’s license is required
